3.4  |  A library-organized or -hosted class for patrons on using or navigating health and wellness resources is held at least quarterly

Finding reliable health information online can be difficult and confusing. Libraries that meet this criteria provide classes in the library at least quarterly to help people learn to use or navigate online health and wellness resources. These classes can be entirely developed and delivered by the library, or the library can enter into a partnership with another community-based organization to hold these classes at the library. If delivered by another organization, the classes must be open to all library patrons.
