3.2  |  A library-organized or -hosted class for patrons on navigating online government resources is held at least quarterly


Libraries that meet this criteria provide classes in the library at least quarterly to help people learn to access online government information and services (eGovernment). These classes can be entirely developed and delivered by the library, or the library can enter into a partnership with another community-based organization to hold these classes at the library. If delivered by another organization, the classes must be open to all library patrons.
