1.2  |  One-on-one technology help is available for patrons on-demand or by appointment for at least 30 minute sessions at all library locations


Patrons sometimes need more help using library technology than can be provided in fewer than 10 minutes. Oftentimes they will need 30 minutes or more to learn new skills or work through a problem in order to complete their tasks. Libraries need to be able to accommodate these patrons either by having the staff or volunteer capacity to spend at least 30 minutes with them at the time of need (on-demand) or by having a process to make an appointment for technology help from library staff or volunteers for at least 30 minutes.
