1.2  |  One-on-one technology help for patrons is available on-demand for at least 10 minute sessions at all library locations

Often times, patrons get stuck in the midst of using library computers, wireless networks, or other library technology and just need a little help to get them going again. Library staff should be able to provide patrons with at least 10 minutes of help to these patrons at the time of the request so they can continue on their tasks.

Answer Yes if technology help can be provided to patrons on-demand for a minimum of 10 minutes at all of your locations.
Answer No, but plan to in the next year if you do not currently provide a minimum of 10 minutes of help for patrons upon request, or if you do not do so at all of your library locations, but plan to add this service within the next year.
Answer No, would like to but cannot at this time if you cannot provide 10-minute one-on-one help sessions for patrons upon request at every location at this time but would like to do so in the future.
Answer No, we have no plans to do so at this time if there is no demand in your community for on-demand help sessions, you refer patrons to other providers for this purpose, or have decided not to offer such sessions for other reasons.
