To reset your password, click the Sign In link at the top right corner of any Edge webpage. Enter your library's username or the email address for the account's Primary Contact. Click the Forgot Password link. An email with instructions for resetting the password will be sent to the email address registered for the account.
If you do not know or do not have access to the email account that was used for the initial registration, please contact the Edge Support Center.
If you have a current password and would like to change it, log in to your account and click Account Settings. Click on the Email and Password tab to change your password. You can also update the delivery address for system-generated emails in this area.
